All Kickboxing Classes By Gables Fitness must be scheduled. It is very important that the room does not exceed 12 participants. We do this for safety and to make sure you are not lost in the instructors coaching and motivation.
If you are tired of Big Trendy Gyms and intimidating atmospheres, but love kickboxing, this program is for you. Classes are great for beginners to advance.
The great thing about our Kickboxing program is that we only allow 12 participants per class. You can imagine the hands on instruction and guidance you will be receiving from your instructor.
To make your workout experience the best possible, during this ridiculous web special and if you become a participant, we recommend doing this:
- Make sure you eat 30 to 60 minutes before the class. You can download our nutrition guide.
- Bring a water bottle with you.
- Arrive 10 minutes earlier and bring in your forms. Over the next couple of days, we want to learn more about your goals.
- If at any time you feel dizzy, out of breath or if there is any other discomfort, please do not hesitate and just stop. Leave the room and relax. The instructor will make sure you are okay.
- Work out at your own pace. You are not competing with anyone, but trying to make yourself better.
- Have FUN!
