1. We are Professional Trainers that understand you are unique. You might of never exercised before or not in a long time. You might be in a great shape or you might of just had a baby. We take into consideration everything about YOU, so that we can provide the right exercise prescription for YOU. Have you ever visited your Doctor and while he checking you out, he is on the phone scheduling, calling his/her significant other or ordering food? I hope not. Limitations in one’s fitness level and uniqueness are not being considered when so called trainers are providing exercise prescription.
